I can meet you at home after you leave the hospital, listen to your birth story, let you shower and rest, the same for your partner. Assist with breast/chest/bottle feeding, make a snack or help prep a meal for you. Then I leave you to the snuggles of your new family.
This time will be filled with physical and emotional support for both parents and siblings. We will discuss any feelings and/or concerns you may have about your healing body, thoughts, emotions of all kinds, and becoming a parent in general.
Having a baby can be a rollercoaster of beautiful, amazing, sleepless chaos. I will help with understanding infant cues, soothing techniques, eating habits, diaper changes and everything in-between.
Whether you have chosen to exclusively breast/chest feed, use formula or try it all. I support your decisions and will provide evidence based resources, latch assistance and pumping support.
